4. Compatibility

The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing.

The customer must confirm:

• Part number.
• Make.
• Model.
• Year.
• Engine.
• Trim/version.
• VIN.
• Side.
• Connectors.
• Configuration.
• Required programming.

A matching make, model, and year does not by itself guarantee compatibility.

If the buyer has any doubts, they should contact PartsCorp before completing the purchase.

5. Availability

Inventory may be limited.

Adding a product to the cart does not guarantee that it is reserved. An order is only considered accepted after payment and availability are confirmed.

If a product becomes unavailable, PartsCorp may cancel the order and refund the amount paid for that product.

6. Pricing and payments

Prices may change without notice.

The applicable price will be the one shown when the order is completed, unless there is an obvious error.

The customer is responsible for providing correct payment and billing information.

Banks or payment providers may apply conversions, fees, or other charges independent of PartsCorp.

7. Shipping

PartsCorp ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and product characteristics.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons outside PartsCorp's control.

We do not offer in-person pickup.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

8. Taxes

Orders may be subject to applicable taxes based on the destination.

Amounts included at checkout will appear as part of the order total.

Any external charge not expressly included will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

9. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Sales are final in cases not attributable to PartsCorp, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Do not ship products back without prior authorization.

10. Warranty

The limited warranty applies only to eligible parts as indicated in our Warranty Policy.

Electrical or electronic parts may be sold without warranty.

No description on the site replaces the specific terms of the Warranty Policy.
